Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes, absolutely. We guarantee that 100% of our products are authentic. We source our inventory directly from the official agents and authorized distributors of the brands in Egypt. We do not deal with unknown third parties.

Can I check the product before receiving it?

Yes. We allow "Inspection Before Payment." You can open the shipping bag (courier flyer) to check the product's external condition and ensure it is the correct item before you pay the courier. However, you cannot break the product’s safety seal or open the jar itself while the courier is waiting.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes, we are located at Cairo, Giza, Assiut, Alexandria. You are welcome to visit us!

How do I know the product is not expired?

We have a strict inventory management system. We do not ship any product with less than 3 months of shelf life unless explicitly stated in a "Clearance" offer. You can find the expiry date printed on every package.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

It depends on your location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days (often faster with our private fleet).

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days via Bosta.

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–6 business days via Bosta.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your city.

  • Cairo/Giza: 60 EGP

  • Other Governorates: Rates typically start from 60 EGP

 

My order is late. What should I do?

If your order has exceeded the estimated time, please check the Bosta tracking link sent to your WhatsApp/SMS. If you are in Cairo/Giza, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at 01108119776 and we will resolve it immediately.

 

Do you ship on Fridays?

Our warehouse and couriers operate from Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday are processed on Saturday morning.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If the order hasn't left our warehouse yet, yes! Please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. If the order is already with Bosta or our driver, we might need to reschedule the delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I don't like the taste?

No. As a retailer, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements due to health and safety regulations. We advise reading reviews about flavors before purchasing. We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products (within 14 days) or defective items.

 

What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?

We apologize for this! Please send a photo of the damaged item to our WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement immediately.

 

How do I get my money back?
  • Cash Orders: Refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

  • Card Orders: Refunded to your bank card (5–14 business days).

  • Installment Orders (ValU/Aman): The transaction is cancelled/reversed on your installment app. Note: We cannot give you cash for an installment order.

 

I returned an item. Who pays for shipping?
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item): We pay.

  • If you just changed your mind: You pay the return shipping fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Meeza cards.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We support ValU, Aman, Forsa, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, and more. You can select your preferred installment plan at checkout via the Paymob option.

 

What if the package is held by customs?

If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked.

Can I pay with Vodafone Cash?

Yes. Select "E-Wallet" at checkout or choose Cash on Delivery and ask the courier if he accepts transfers (though cash is preferred for COD).

Product Questions & Usage

Why is my Pre-Workout clumpy/hard?

This is common for pre-workouts with ingredients like Citrulline or Glycerol, which attract moisture. If the powder breaks apart easily with a spoon, it is safe to use and effective. This is not a manufacturing defect.

 

The tub is only half full. Did you open it?

Never! Sold by weight, not volume. Powders settle during shipping. If the safety seal is intact, your product is brand new and contains the correct weight listed on the label.

 

How do I use this supplement?

The suggested use is printed on the label. However, we recommend consulting a doctor or nutritionist for a plan tailored to your body and goals. Disclaimer: Our team can give general advice but cannot provide medical prescriptions.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your address for faster checkout next time.

You can enter your promo code in the "Coupon Code" box on the Cart page or at the top of the Checkout page.
