💡 How to Use

To assess your tolerance, follow the chart below. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.

1. Day 1: Take 1 capsule, once daily.
2. Day 2 & Day 3: Take 2 capsules, once daily.
