  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or fake orders.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Products and Services

  • Retailer Status: MF Supplements is a retailer and distributor, not a manufacturer. We sell products manufactured by third-party brands (e.g., Optimum Nutrition, MuscleTech, etc.).

  • Authenticity: We guarantee that all products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

  • Product Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Inventory: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Pricing Errors: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at 0 EGP or an obviously incorrect low price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Installment services (ValU, Aman, etc.).

  • Installment Third-Parties: If you choose to pay via an installment service (e.g., ValU), you are subject to their terms and conditions regarding interest rates, late fees, and credit limits. MF Supplements has no control over your agreement with these providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Partners: We use a private fleet for Cairo/Giza and Bosta for other governorates.

  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (Courier).

  • Inspection: Customers have the right to inspect the external condition of the package upon delivery. You may not break the product seal before payment.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. User Comments and Feedback

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (e.g., product reviews), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
