1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas & Timelines We deliver to all governorates across Egypt via our trusted courier partners.

  • Cairo, Giza, Alexandria: 1–3 Business Days

  • Delta & Canal Cities: 2–4 Business Days

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 Business Days

Note: Orders placed on Fridays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your city/area.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Inspection Upon Delivery We recommend checking the external packaging of the shipment upon arrival. If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

3. Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, our return policy is as follows:

A. "Change of Mind" Returns (Unopened Items)

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  1. The item is 100% sealed in its original packaging.

  2. The safety seal (outer plastic or inner seal) is unbroken.

  3. The product is in the same condition as received and has been stored correctly.

Cost: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

B. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Expired

  • Damaged (e.g., broken seal, spoiled powder)

  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

You must report it to us within 30 days (we recommend reporting within 48 hours). Action: We will arrange a courier to pick up the item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund. MF Supplements covers all shipping costs for defective items.

C. Non-Returnable Items (Retailer Disclaimer)

As we are a retailer and not the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons once the item is opened:

  1. Taste/Flavor: We cannot accept returns if you dislike the flavor, texture, or smell of the product.

  2. Effectiveness: We are not responsible if the product does not yield the specific results you expected (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain), as this varies by individual.

Clumping: Some pre-workouts naturally clump due to ingredients like Glycerol. Unless the product is solidified and unusable, minor clumping is not considered a defect.

D. Refund Methods (Crucial)

The refund method depends strictly on how you paid for the order. We cannot refund cash for orders paid via Installment apps or Credit Cards.

  • Important for Installments: If you paid via ValU, Aman, etc., the transaction is reversed on their system. We cannot give you cash, as this violates the terms of the installment providers.*

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If you are in Cairo or Giza, our delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate the drop-off. If you are in any other governorate, please check the Bosta tracking link sent to your WhatsApp or SMS. If you still can't locate it, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Do you deliver on public holidays

Our standard delivery days are Saturday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or official Public Holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Do you deliver to my region?

Yes! We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We use our private express fleet for Greater Cairo and trusted partners like Bosta for the Delta, Canal, and Upper Egypt regions.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders

Next-Day (or Same-Day) delivery is available exclusively for Cairo and Giza. For other governorates, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Cairo.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone must be available to receive the package and pay (if you chose Cash on Delivery). If you are unavailable, the courier will usually try to call you to reschedule for the following day.
