Suggested Use: Take 1 Liqui-Cap twice per day, morning and afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. This is an ultra-concentrated formula. Never exceed one Liqui-Cap per serving or the daily recommended dosage. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. For best results use daily for a period of 1-2 months.

DOSAGE: Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks. 1 pack on waking & the other 4-6 hours later. Each pack should be taken with a small meal and you should stay well hydrated while on the product. Follow a 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. After the 1 week off, you can run it again. The Stimulant Complex is in the red capsule & the Water Shedding Complex is in the blue capsules.
