INGREDIENTS: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.) standardized to 1.5% withanolides, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC).

Possible unintentional quantities of GLUTEN, EGGS, SESAME SEEDS, NUTS, CELERY, SULPHITES.

WARNING: Don’t eat in case of allergic (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients of the product. For adult only. Not taking which alcohol as it causes derwaness and avoid driving. Best before end, LOT number (see on the bottom of package). Store in a tightly closed, original container, at room temperature (5-25°C), protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. The product should not be consumed if you are taking medications for hypertension or diabetes.

RECOMMENDED USE: take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water or other liquid.
